In March 2022, at the birth of ITALA, the capital subscribed by the members (9 members) was Euro 5,400.00.
At the end of 2022, with the entry of new members and the subscription of other shares by the founding members, the capital was Euro 12,350.00
In 2023, with the subscription of further capital by the partners and the entry of 2 other partners, the capital rose to Euro 19,887.00
In the first 2 four-month periods of 2024, with the subscription of additional member shares, the capital will increase to Euro 32,025.00
While in the last four months of 2024 with the subscription of further shares of the members and the entry of a new member the capital has increased to Euro 41,112.00
To date there are 17 members and from further negotiations in progress we plan to reach 20 at the end of 2025
